The use of the Rentemond infrastructure is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 or older who are legally competent under Dutch law. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes.

2. Nature of Services (Execution-Only)

Rentemond is an advanced technical interface that provides users with market data aggregation and AI-driven analytical indicators.

No financial advice

We act solely as a technology provider. Our data should never be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Freedom of Decision

Any decision executed in the market based on our platform data is entirely at the User's own risk and discretion.

Legal Risk Warning

Participation in digital assets and global financial markets carries an extraordinarily high risk of capital loss. Our AI models calculate probabilities based on historical data; they cannot predict future market deviations and do not guarantee profitability. Never use capital that is essential for your fundamental financial security.

3. Integrity and Prohibited Use

Any violation of the following protocols will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to Dutch authorities (such as FIU-Netherlands):

Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial transactions.

Deploying unauthorized scraping bots or attempting to reverse-engineer our algorithms.

Activities intended to disrupt server load or bypass platform security.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Dutch law, Rentemond, its directors, and technical partners are not liable for direct or indirect damages — including significant capital loss — arising from technical downtime, failures of external liquidity providers, or extreme market conditions.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law. All disputes arising from the use of the platform fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam.
